Habitave is a habit tracking app built to help you build better daily routines. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Habitave collects only the data you provide directly:

• Display name – the name you enter during onboarding, stored locally on your device.
• Habit data – your habits, completion history, streaks, XP, and notes. All stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• Notification preferences – whether you have enabled daily reminders, stored locally using iOS UserDefaults.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect any personally identifiable information beyond what you enter.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or any third-party SDKs.
• We do not transmit your data to any server.
• We do not share data with any third parties.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.

Data Storage

All data is stored exclusively on your device. Habitave does not use cloud sync or any remote database. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Habitave uses iOS's local notification system to schedule habit reminders on your device. No data leaves your device to send these notifications.

Children's Privacy

Habitave is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
